LASO Technologies, LLC has spent the past ten years perfecting the quality and design of the ProShotCase. We are extremely proud of the products we sell and strive to provide the best customer experience possible. We are confident in the quality of our ProShot Touch cases and ProShot Dive cases and offer a 1 Year Manufacturing Warranty for any defective parts.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect that causes the case to leak, LASO Technologies will GUARANTEE THE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF YOUR iPHONE for any water damage that occurs while using any ProShot product still under warranty in the manner specified below.
LASO Technologies requires the defective case to be shipped back to our headquarters for inspection by our engineers (we provide the shipping label). The case in question will undergo a rigorous testing procedure and if it is determined to be defective we will immediately issue full compensation for the replacement of the iPhone and ProShotCase. The ProShot Protection Guarantee does not cover any ProShotCase or iPhone that is lost or stolen.

IMPORTANT: To receive any compensation, it is required that the iPhone repair/replacement is made through either the customer’s insurance provider (if applicable), or directly through Apple. ProShot will not be liable for any replacement costs greater than the “Out of Warranty” replacement fee offered by Apple. Details for “Out of Warranty” replacement costs available in the following link: Apple's "Out of Warranty" Replacement Costs. Any alternative repair or replacement method must be pre-approved by ProShot in order to receive compensation.
If a ProShotCase is damaged and leaks, stop using it immediately. ProShot will not provide compensation to a customer who continues to use a damaged or defective case.
Warranty Claim Requirements
ProShot Touch: Using the ProShot Touch for iPhone SE, 6/6s, 7, 8, 6/6s PLUS, 7 PLUS, 8 PLUS, X, XS, XS Max, XR, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, 12, and 12 Pro at depths of 50 feet/15 meters or less.
ProShot Dive: Using the ProShot Dive with any compatible iPhone at depths of 130 feet/40 meters or less. Please ensure that your O-Ring piece is fully intact and the bottom end cap is clear of dried saltwater, sand, and debris before each use.
Warning: ProShot’s iPhone Protection Guarantee only covers damage resulting from a manufacturing defect. Any drops falls, crashes, or misuse that compromise the waterproof capabilities of the ProShotCase are not considered defects and will not be covered under ProShot's iPhone Protection Guarantee. Make sure to test your ProShotCase before each use especially after any drops or falls.
The Manufacturer Warranty and iPhone Protection Guarantee cover products sold directly by LASO Technologies from: proshotcase.com, amazon.com, Scuba.com, sunnysports.com, REI online or retail store, and West Marine online or retail store. LASO Technologies does not guarantee any product purchased from other third party online or retail stores. If purchased from Amazon, it must be from the seller ProShot or LASO Technologies. Products sold by Amazon Warehouse Deals, eBay, or other sellers on Amazon will not be covered by ProShot’s iPhone Protection Guarantee.
Manufacturer Warranty
LASO Technologies will repair or replace any products or product parts due to manufacturing defects. We offer a 1 year warranty on all ProShotCases and a 2 year warranty on all Tidal Sports products. The manufacturer warranty only covers products sold directly by LASO Technologies from www.proshotcase.com, amazon.com, or any of our authorized retail partners and their online stores.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS: All orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item as part of our satisfaction guarantee. It must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition with no cosmetic damage. We do not accept returns for used products. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. To return any item, please email info@proshotcase.com so we can provide you with a return shipping label and process the refund (minus the cost of the return shipping label).
EXCHANGES: If you order the incorrect sized ProShot Touch (don't worry, it happens!) please email our Customer Support Team at info@proshotcase.com for help with your exchange. Our team will send you the correct sized ProShot Touch case as quickly as possible! Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost of incorrect sized case.
