How to Secure your iPhone and Safely Lock it in the ProShot Touch
Properly and safely securing your iPhone in the ProShotCase ensures that no issues or leaks occur when using your case underwater. Please make sure that you follow these steps to ensure your iPhone is protected and covered within our iPhone Protection Guarantee.
Instructions
Step 1. Sliding Insert Instructions: Attach the Black Sliding Insert onto your iPhone. Make sure that all sides of the insert are lined up properly with your iPhone to avoid the sliding insert from expanding and causing it to get stuck inside the case.
*Note: for iPhone 12 & 12 Pro - please make sure that the sliding insert's top side pieces are fully clipped over the top/screen side of your iPhone, like the photos below.
Step 2. Slide your iPhone with the Black Sliding Insert inside the case.
Step 3. Secure with the End Cap: The End Cap should make a clicking noise after it's securely attached.
*Depending on which ProShotCase model you have, securing the end cap will differ from each model. Please refer to the videos below.

After inserting your iPhone and sliding insert into the case, hook the right side of the end cap to the case body and secure the left side with the blue latch, similar to a mason jar.

Step 5. Once all is properly secured, you're ready to go film your awesome underwater adventures!

Floating Handgrip Tips
IMPORTANT
-
The floating hand grip is hollow - the bottom end cap piece where the wrist strap attaches to can screw on and off.
Make sure the bottom end cap piece of the floating hand grip is screwed in tightly before each use.
-
Ensure that the O-Ring is intact inside the blue end cap piece.
-
Buoyancy Tip for Divers: Filling the Floating Hand Grip with water before diving will neutralize your case's buoyancy so it doesn't float upwards on your dives.

After Care for your ProShot Touch Case
Here are a few care tips that we recommend following after each use to keep your ProShot Touch Case in great condition so your underwater footage is the best quality.
-
Rinse your ProShot Touch Case with fresh water after every use and let it air dry. This will remove any salt residue on your lens area and will keep your seals and gaskets clean from sand so they remain intact and watertight.
-
If needed, rub toothpaste on the exterior lens area to clean your lens on your ProShotCase.
-
Always store your ProShot Dive Case in the Travel Case with the camera lens side facing up to prevent any scratches to the camera viewing window.
*Please refer to the photo below for how to store the ProShot Touch Case correctly.
